Responsibilities

  • Admin support for sales staff & department

  • Meticulously maintain tenant records

  • Manage RBF ledger

  • Maintain records of partners/ events/ communications/ process expenses claims

  • Sales collaterals development; working with marketing dept.

  • Interface to design/ development/ CS depts with company

Requirements

  • Bilingual - VN  strong English; Chinese is advantage.

  • 5 years’ experience in industrial parks.

  • Used to working with expats.

  • AutoCAD is an advantage.

  • Careful, Organized personality and comfortable with numbers.
